Ian has worked in the Automotive field since 2002 where he entered the industry Jackson, Mississippi. His focus is on all things Internet related. From the moment a consumer sees our dealership in a web search, to the moment they drive off our lot in their new or pre-owned vehicle, his job is to insure their entire experience is revolutionary. We have specific processes for our Internet Customers. Their entire visit and purchase process is streamlined; from having their selection pre-cleaned and ready for them prior to their scheduled appointment, to long after they purchase. I have been blessed to be successful in the automobile industry for over 37 years (since November 1983). In my automotive career I've worn many hats which have taught me everything about auto sales. From retail sales, commercial truck sales and Sales Managem ent, I am finally (and thankfully) back to retail sales where true customer service begins and never ends, which is my passion. I have been married to the woman of.my dreams for over 20 yrs and have the most amazing children and grand children anyone would be is blessed to have. I've provided my baby picture and my current picture so that you can see not much has changed over the years, LOL. Don was born and raised in Maryland and has been in the automotive industry since 1983. He joined Don White's Timonium Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in 1991 making him a 31 year employee! Now that's dedication.

Scotty has been selling parts for 38 years. He loves the everyday challenge of helping others get the parts they need to complete repairs in our service department, retail consumers, whole sale companies (including other Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships) and our Body Shop Customers.
